Additional technical support is available by ringing (02) 9544 8851 (24 hour service).   Technical support calls to this number are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per call and are charged as follows:
  • dialler assistance after log-in - $16.50
  • software/hardware setup or operation - $27.50
  • software setup or operation (not purchased from AiC) - $38.50
Payment for the above services is by CREDIT CARD ONLY and you will be asked for your credit card number at the start of the call.

Field Support
If you are having difficulties and would like someone to attend your premises to install your internet access and show you how to use it, the fee is $110 minimum.   During the field support, if your computer has any hardware problems requiring parts and/or labour, this will incur an additional charge.
All prices quoted include GST.
